KPatience (executable kpat) is a multiple solitaire games game included in the KDE kdegames package.

Help me, I've never heard of this game

The KDE Help Center manual for KPatience briefly explains the rules of all the included solitaire games. This makes it a nice toy for learning new solitaire games you can play while you're stuck in a winter cabin with a deck of cards.

Versions

KPatience is included in the kde games packages of both KDE 3 and KDE 4. They look slightly different, as shown in the following screenshot, but the solitaire games and their rules are the same.
