Bitstamp is the world's largest Bitcoin exchange. Bitstamp's headquarters are in London, England whereas the bank they use to process deposits and withdrawals is Slovenian. Like other large Bitcoin exchanges, Bitstamp offers an API to aid in automatic or programmatic trading.
